Job Overview

Community Home and Health Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Group Home Caregivers. As a Group Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Currently, we have 3* positions* available:

(1) Full-Time Day Shift

• Shifts are from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• 40 hours a week

(1) Full-Time Afternoon Shift

• Shifts are from 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
• 40 hours a week

(1) Part-Time Afternoon Shift

• Shifts are from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. or 12:00 a.m.
• 24 - 28 hours a week

Duties

- Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration accurately

- Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients' nutritional needs are met

- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

- Engage in social activities with clients to promote companionship and mental stimulation

- Monitor and record vital signs as required

Pay: From $17.15 per hour
