Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes or facilities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and personal care. Duties

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers to promote independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their well-being.
• Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence as directed by healthcare providers.
• Provide care for individuals with memory care needs or developmental disabilities.
• Support clients receiving long-term care or hospice care services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home health, caregiving, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of patient care techniques and long-term care practices is beneficial.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is a plus but not required.
