We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Assist with clients' personal care activities
• Maintain patients documents (time sheets) and provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises according to care plan
• Provide companionship

Skills

• Proven experience as a home health aide for a year or longer, Active CNA or STNA
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Caring and compassionate personality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
