Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides and Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care and support to individuals across various age groups and health conditions. Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor patient observations such as vital signs, mental status, and overall health condition
• Administer medications following medical instructions and document all medication records accurately
• Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to record patient information securely and efficiently
• Assist with medical procedures including catheter care, wound care, and basic life support when necessary
• Prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding, and perform light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe living environmentRequirements
• Previous experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home healthcare settings preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and home health regulations
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general is highly valued
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when needed
• Strong patient observation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
