Home Health Aide (HHA)

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in their own homes. You will provide compassionate care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. What you’ll do

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide compassionate care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia, utilizing effective memory care techniques.
• Support clients in maintaining their home environment by performing light cleaning and laundry tasks
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to create personalized care plans that meet individual needs.

Basic qualifications

* Certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent experience in caregiving.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in assisted living or nursing home settings.
• Background in hospice care or long-term care environments.
