Duties

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and improve mental health
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment
• Use Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Support patients with special needs including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, developmental disabilities, or hospice care requirements

Requirements

• Experience preferred, but newbies are welcomed as well!
• Ability to operate medical equipment like Hoyer lifts or blood pressure monitors safely
• Ability and compassion to work with individuals with disabilities or memory care needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while following care plans precisely
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for travel between client locations
