As a Home Care Aide, you will provide one-on-one support tailored to each client's individual needs. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Providing medication reminders (as permitted)
• Escorting clients to appointments and errands
• Monitoring changes in clients' conditions and communicate any changes
• Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided

Qualifications

• Current STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
