Position Summary We are seeking dependable, caring Home Health Aides to provide non medical support to clients in their homes. Ideal candidates are patient, trustworthy, and passionate about helping others remain safe and independent.

Duties

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and observe patient conditions, including vital signs and overall health status
• Administer medications and manage medical documentation in compliance with home healthcare regulations
• Support patients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, hospice care, and memory care
• Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to accurately document patient interactions and medical records
• Provide companionship and emotional support
