*Job Responsibilities*

As a Home Health Aide/ Personal Attendant /CNA, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the patients’ daily needs and overall well-being. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Supporting mobility efforts, including transferring the patient in/out of bed, wheelchair, and other locations.
• Providing compassionate emotional support to the patient and the family.
• Collaborating with the nurse to deliver high-quality care.
• Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services,
• Using appropriate ways to lift, turn, and re-position the patient.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment
• Assisting with additional tasks as assigned by the supervising nurse or CDS employer
