Home Health Aide -W BROAD STREET

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to provide personal care services to residents in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily living activities under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Qualifications

• Must meet Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health Aide training and competency
• One (1) year of previous home care or personal care experience is highly recommended
• Compassionate attitude toward caring for the sick and elderly
• Ability to follow directions and read and write effectively
• Mature, dependable, and able to manage job demands

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing and hands-on care
• Complete visit documentation accurately and on time
• Observe and report changes in the resident’s condition to the RN
• Assist with ambulation, exercises, and range of motion (ROM) as assigned
• Perform light household tasks essential to health care
• Assist with self-administered medications as directed
• Attend required in-service training and care conferences

Work Environment

* Work is performed in residents’ homes with travel required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
