*We are seeking an experienced* *Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)* *to provide hospice care throughout Pierce County. Care is delivered in a variety of settings, including private homes, adult family homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the CNA supports the hospice plan of care and collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team.*

Hourly compensation

*$24.00 – $27.00/hour (based on direct hospice/home health experience)*

Primary Responsibilities

• *Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.*
• *Support mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and prevent skin breakdown.*
• *Aid with feeding and hydration, monitoring intake as needed.*
• *Observe and promptly report changes in condition to the care team.*
