Job Summary

Join our compassionate team as an In-Home Caregiver, providing vital support to individuals in their own homes during morning and afternoon shifts. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe their overall health status, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
• Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations.
• Support clients with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or assistive devices, ensuring safe transfer techniques.
• Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Engage in light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote well-being.

Skills

• Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home care, or group home settings.
• Knowledge of patient monitoring, medication administration, and vital signs measurement.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid; experience with hospice or dementia care is a plus.
• Strong ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or Alzheimer’s disease.
