We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to clients in their own homes. This role involves delivering personalized care tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience working in diverse healthcare settings, including hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or post-acute care environments, and possess a strong commitment to improving patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Administer medications and monitor health status as directed by healthcare providers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients of all ages, including geriatrics and pediatric populations.
• Support clients with medical routines related to medical-surgical care or specialized settings like PICU or OR experience.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards within the home.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in client condition promptly.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to caregiving duties.

Experience

Candidates should have relevant experience in healthcare environments such as Level II trauma centers, Level I Trauma Centers, teaching hospitals, outpatient clinics, or inpatient units. Experience in geriatrics, post-acute care, outpatient settings, or sub-acute care is highly valued. Prior work in emergency medicine or hospital medicine is advantageous.
