Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate In-Home Caregiver to provide one-on-one personal care and daily living assistance in a private home in Carbondale.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Both live in, and shift work. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, respectful, patient, and comfortable assisting with daily routines in a home environment.

Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for the specific care routines associated with the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Provide mobility assistance and support with exercise activities
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Help with errands and transportation as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Follow established care routines and instructions
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Respect privacy and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a private home setting
• Professional and respectful
• Able to follow instructions and established routines
• Willing to learn and receive training
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Availability

$25.00–$30.00 per hour
