In-Home Caregiver/PCA - 32-40hrs

**This role begins with* *32 - 40 hours per week**, consisting of* *scheduled client visits* *and* *on-call coverage**. As new clients are assigned during these availability windows, hours are expected to be around ~40 hours per week based on company need and caregiver availability.*

*This role requires being comfortable working with female personal care and prior experience with dementia/Alzheimer's patients*

About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide open to PRN (as-needed) work with local travel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a variable schedule and have experience supporting elderly or disabled adults with both general and specialty care needs.

You’ll deliver direct in-home support aligned with individualized care plans and may be asked to assist clients with memory care, hospice support, or other specialized conditions.
