Duties

• Lead the overall operation of the assisted living facility, ensuring high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
• Supervise and support care staff, including nursing personnel, caregivers, and administrative team members, fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal long-term care regulations, including health regulation policies and licensing requirements.
• Manage financial aspects of the facility such as budgeting, healthcare financial management, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
• Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community services to provide comprehensive support for residents with developmental disabilities or requiring disability services.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office tools for resident records, incident reports, staffing schedules, and regulatory reports.
