Starting Pay

• 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM): $16.00/hour
• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $16.50/hour
• 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM): $17.00/hour

Earn an additional $1.00 per hour

after successfully completing 30 days of orientation and medication training.

Available Positions

• Part-Time: 24 hours per week
• Full-Time: Available
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately administer medications to residents.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and mealtime assistance.
• Provide companionship while treating residents with dignity, kindness, and respect.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Follow resident care plans, medication records, and community policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Work collaboratively with the caregiving team to provide exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous medication passing or medication administration experience is preferred but not required.
• No license required.
• Paid on-the-job training provided for community-specific medication procedures.
