The Memory Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the memory care unit within Fellowship Carolina Park. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The Memory Care Coordinator leads and supports care staff, develops engaging and therapeutic programming, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards.

This position collaborates closely with clinical teams, families, and leadership to create a safe, structured, and enriching environment that promotes residents’ dignity, independence, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the memory care unit

Develop and implement individualized care plans and specialized programming

Supervise, train, and support caregiving staff

Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations

Monitor resident well-being and respond to behavioral or clinical changes

Communicate effectively with families regarding resident care and updates

Promote a positive, safe, and structured environment for residents

Collaborate with nursing, activities, and leadership teams

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff
