NEW Memory Care Community-Medication Aide (Med Tech)

Physician Care Homes at Magnolia House is a small, home-like memory care community designed for individuals living with dementia. We believe care should feel personal, calm, and relationship-centered, not rushed or institutional.

We are seeking compassionate Medication Aides who are committed to both safe medication administration and quality resident care. In this role, you will support residents with medications while also assisting with daily routines, engagement, meals, and the overall rhythm of the home.

Because Magnolia House is intentionally small, our team members play an active role in many aspects of daily life. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, flexibility, and building relationships with residents and families.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Medication Aide license in good standing
• Strong attention to detail and medication safety
• Calm, patient, and dependable approach to care
• Experience in dementia care preferred
