Part Time CNA I / II

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Home Hospice team. The CNA provides personal care and supportive services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate is empathetic, dependable, and committed to providing comfort-focused care to patients and families during end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN case manager
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• Assist with light housekeeping related to patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Follow individualized care plans and hospice protocols
• Practice infection control and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Current certification as a CNA I or II with valid state licensure.
• Current CPR certification
• 1 year experience preferred, but not required, in hospice, home health, or long-term care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
