We are seeking exceptional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care for discerning private clients throughout Palm Beach. This position is ideal for polished, dependable professionals who excel in delivering compassionate, high-quality care in luxury residential settings.

This is NOT a Home Health Aide (HHA) position. Only Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) will be considered.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one-on-one personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Observe and promptly report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation as required
• Promote client dignity, independence, privacy, and safety
• Establish professional, respectful relationships with clients and families
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Minimum Qualifications

Required

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
• Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Current automobile insurance
• Ability to travel throughout Palm Beach County
• Current CPR certification
• Level II Background Screening (or ability to obtain)
• Professional references

Preferred

• Experience with private duty, concierge, luxury home care, or high-net-worth clientele
• Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience
• Hospice or companion care experience
