About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Personal Care Attendant or Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) to provide personal care and assistance to our client in Garland, Texas. The ideal candidate will have prior caregiving experience, a warm demeanor, and the ability to assist with daily living activities to promote comfort, safety, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support with toileting and continence care
• Provide routine hair care and shaving assistance
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Assist with transfers and mobility
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Shop for groceries and household essentials as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor
• Offer companionship and emotional support

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification preferred, but experienced personal care attendants will be considered
• Prior experience in personal care or home health assistance
• Ability to lift, transfer, and provide mobility support as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Must pass background check and reference screening

Schedule & Pay

• 37 hours per week (schedule to be discussed during interview)
• $13 an hour
