PM Caregiver

Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home, community, assisted living, and long-term care facilities. Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and document patient observations, vital signs, and overall health status
• Administer medications following prescribed care plans and HIPAA regulations
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption
• Support residents with memory care needs including Alzheimer's and dementia care through specialized techniques
• Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and manage heavy lifting safely when required
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through light cleaning and sanitation tasks
• Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
• Follow established care plans and protocols for patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and adherence to regulations such as HIPAA

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care preferred
• Certifications such as First Aid and CPR are highly desirable
