PRN Float Caregiver (Immediate Openings)

Job Overview

Favor Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and flexible PRN Float Caregivers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for caregivers who enjoy variety, have a flexible schedule, and are willing to travel throughout the Greater Houston area to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes.

This is a PRN (as-needed) position with the opportunity to be matched with a long-term client as cases become available.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
• Provide medication reminders (when appropriate).
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition.
• Accurately document care provided and communicate with the care coordination team.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for each client’s dignity.

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving, home care, CNA, or personal care experience required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient with a genuine passion for serving others.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel to clients throughout the Greater Houston area.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while following the client’s care plan.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
