Professional Experienced Caregiver

Job Description

We’re looking for compassionate, professional caregivers who want to make a real difference in the lives of seniors. As a caregiver with Monarch Care Co, you’ll provide one-on-one, personalized care that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

You’ll play an important role in building trust and companionship with each client, offering not only practical support but also emotional comfort and peace of mind for their families. Every day is an opportunity to make someone’s life a little brighter.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and meaningful companionship to seniors
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare simple meals and help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Run errands or provide transportation to appointments as needed
• Observe, document, and communicate any changes in a client’s health, mood, or routine
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and the Monarch Care Co. team
• Uphold our standards of professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times

Qualifications

• Dependable, kind, and professional attitude
• Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
