Caregiver / Direct Support Professional – Make a Difference Every Day

is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide meaningful support to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes.

As a caregiver, you’ll have the opportunity to build a positive relationship with your client while helping them remain comfortable, safe, and as independent as possible.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the client. Duties may include:

• Providing companionship and friendly conversation
• Assisting with everyday activities and personal needs
• Helping with light household tasks
• Providing meal preparation or assistance
• Assisting with mobility, such as walking or transferring
• Depending on the client, providing light assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing, or personal hygiene
• Supporting clients with their individual routines and activities
• Encouraging independence and maintaining a safe environment
• Following the client's care plan and company policies

Not every client requires hands-on personal care.

Assignments are based on each client's individual needs.

Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
