is seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience caring for clients with dementia to join our team in Richlands, NC.

We have an immediate opening for a female client with dementia who requires patient, attentive, and compassionate care.

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Overnight: Tuesday & Wednesday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

About the Role

As a CNA with Always Best Care, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care in the client's home, helping her remain safe, comfortable, and independent while receiving compassionate dementia-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide compassionate dementia care with patience and understanding
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Offer companionship and meaningful engagement throughout the shift
• Assist with mobility and transfers while maintaining client safety
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition
• Accurately document care provided according to company policies

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification required
• Experience caring for individuals with dementia required
• Previous home care, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and Drug Screen
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
