About the Role

As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide essential, hands-on support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. You’ll be a vital part of our clients' lives, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs
• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
• Support with mobility, including lifting when needed
• Light housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe home
• Provide specialized support for developmental disabilities or memory care
• Collaborate with nurses and care teams
• Document care activities and client progress accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in home care, assisted living, or hospice (preferred)
• Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and support clients safely
• CPR/First Aid certification (a plus, but not required to apply)
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in availability
