What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Be Someone’s Favorite Person)

• Help residents with daily routines like bathing, dressing, and getting ready for the day
• Support mobility, transfers, and staying active
• Share smiles, conversation, and companionship (this is the important part!)
• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration
• Keep a watchful eye and report any changes in condition
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Be part of a team that truly has each other’s backs
