We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at Elkader Care Center as Assisted Living Universal Workers. This position offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents and provide essential care and support in a warm and welcoming environment.

### Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with medication management
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities

If you are compassionate, patient, and have a genuine desire to help others, this position may be a perfect fit for you. The ability to work as part of a team and follow directions is essential. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
