Looking for someone who can work Mon-Friday for either a total of five hours per day or 10 hours per day 9 AM to 7 PM. They would either like someone to do 5 hour shifts or the full 10 hours five shifts per week.this is a ongoing position for an elderly woman in her 60s that is blind in one eye and has had a stroke, so has memory issues but can shower and use the bathroom on their own. She needs someone who likes to go for long walks every day and make her breakfast like scrambled eggs. She also needs her blood pressure documented in the morning and laundry done once a week. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and overall health status throughout the night, noting any changes or concerns.
• Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document all medication administration using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
