Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personal care, companionship, and support in their daily activities. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work with diverse populations, including those with special needs.

Schedule Shift

MONDAY-FRIDAY

4pm-9PM

START DATE: ASAP

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Assist with mobility and physical support, including lifting or transferring clients safely.
• Support clients with developmental disabilities through direct support services.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and memory care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and assist clients as necessary while maintaining safety protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
