Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to 3 individuals in various care settings. This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. Duties

• Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patient health by taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature regularly
• Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety
• Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation of living spaces
• Observe and document patient conditions, behaviors, and responses to treatments or activities for accurate reporting
• Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident’s <PERSON> to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment for residents or clients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease), or memory care needs through specialized techniques
