Duties

• Safely administer prescribed medications following all HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems
• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding—especially in memory care or dementia care settings
• Provide specialized support for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, developmental disabilities, or those requiring hospice or palliative care
• Maintain accurate medical records and document medication administration, patient responses, and any changes in condition using Electronic Health System
• Perform catheter care, tube feeding assistance, and other specialized medical tasks under the supervision of nursing staff
• Support team members by adhering to safety protocols related to anatomy knowledge, physiology, and medical terminology to ensure high-quality patient care

Experience

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care environments preferred
• Familiarity with medical documentation procedures and EMR/EHR systems is highly desirable
