Certified Nursing Assistant

Trusted Touch Concierge Care is a premium private-pay concierge nursing practice founded by Crystal Jameson, RN, serving Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers. We provide personalized, relationship-based in-home care to a discerning clientele who expect the highest standard of service and professionalism.

We are seeking CNAs and Home Health Aides to join our PRN contractor pool. As client volume grows, consistent hours and the opportunity for part-time to full-time work are available for the right individuals.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Provide companionship, safety monitoring, and comfort support Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as directed in the care plan
• Support post-surgical and recovery clients with comfort and daily routine assistance
• Provide hospice comfort support under nurse direction
• Report any changes in client condition promptly to the supervising RN
• Maintain accurate records of services provided per care plan and company standards
• Represent Trusted Touch Concierge Care with professionalism, warmth, and discretion at all times

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA certification or documented HHA experience required
• Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write in English — this is a non-negotiable requirement
• Reliable transportation throughout the Naples / SW Florida service area
• Clean background check required
• Professional, polished demeanor appropriate for a luxury concierge care setting Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for client-centered care
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans

Compensation & Structure

• 1099 independent contractor position
• PRN / as-needed schedule with potential for part-time to full-time hours as the practice grows
