About the Role

In this per diem position, you will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will work on an as-needed basis, with varying shifts and schedules to meet the needs of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including patient rooms and common areas
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care settings preferred
