Overview

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Medical Technician / Level 1 Med Aide / Certified Nurses Aide (CMT/L1MA/CNA), where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care across diverse settings. This full-time position is for nights, 4p-4a and one weekend a month. The dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with individuals requiring assisted living, memory care, and other specialized health services. As a CMT/L1MA/CNA, you will be at the forefront of supporting patient well-being through clinical assistance, medical documentation, and direct care activities. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily patient care activities in our assisted living facilities.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, and temperature accurately.(CMT/L1MA Only)
• Support medication administration procedures following strict HIPAA guidelines and medical protocols (CMT/L1MA Only)
• Perform specialized care tasks including medication management for patients with complex needs such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and records using PCC to ensure compliance with healthcare standards. (CMT/L1MA Only)
• Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities while respecting individual dignity and preferences.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each patient's condition, including working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care settings; experience with Alzheimer’s care, memory care, hospice or dementia care is highly valued.
