Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Support patients with specialized needs including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, and end-of-life support
• Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility by assisting in walking, exercising, and transferring them to and from beds and wheelchairs.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective care plans for clients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification for CNAs ; prior assisted living or nursing home experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and use of assistive devices like Hoyer lifts
• CPR and First Aid certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) training is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Demonstrated ability to follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
