CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

We have multiple CNA positions available guaranteed 2/5ths Part time 1199 SEIU positions with the opportunity to work additional shifts

We are looking for CNA's to fill open positions in our Nursing Homes in Ossining (43 beds) and Valhalla (20 beds). In Ossining we have 1 evening shift and 1 overnight shift (guaranteed 2 shifts per week) available. In Valhalla we have 1 evening and 2 overnight shifts available . ALL the positions require working every other weekend.

The primary purpose of the job is to provide direct care; provide supervision and assistance to the residents to help meet their daily care needs. Such supervision and assistance includes: knowing the whereabouts of your assigned clients at all times; providing assistance with activities of daily living; Provide support during activities and maintain a supervised, safe, environment; in accordance with the facility’s established policies and procedures; Document and provide required information to Nursing staff regarding the diet, behaviors and overall health and well being of the residents on a daily basis

This is a Local 1199SEIU union shop membership required. We will be scheduling a group interview once we have qualified candidates.

Pay: From $24.96 per hour
