CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Delivery of supplies to patients home as needed
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
• Assist with meal planning and feeding for patients with specific dietary needs, as needed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
• Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases

Experience

• Previous experience in hospice, home health, senior care, or dementia care is preferred
• Familiarity with memory care techniques and patient service principles

Requirements

• Valid and current certification as a nursing assistant or completion of a nursing assistant training program
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
