Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Duties

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility and transferring between locations, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed, promoting nutritional health.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and assist in managing medical records for each client.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and emotional well-being.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in long-term care strategies for clients requiring ongoing support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in patient care or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices is beneficial.
• Familiarity with memory care techniques and working with individuals with disabilities is an asset.
• Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs as part of routine assessments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
