Gozma Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Live-In Home Health Aide to provide non-medical personal care and daily living assistance to 4 clients in the home. The Home Health Aide will assist clients in maintaining their independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being while residing in the client's home during scheduled workdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Work Schedule: Five (5) days per week with two (2) consecutive days off each week. The Home Health Aide will reside in the home during scheduled workdays and will be provided with private living accommodations.
• Monitor and observe patients’ health status, accurately recording vital signs and changes in condition
• Administer medications following prescribed schedules and medical instructions, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations
• Support clients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, hospice care, and end-of-life support
• Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient information securely and efficiently
• Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care, wound management, and basic life support when necessary
