Experience and Requirements

• Experience as a DCW Worker
• Experience in personal care or geri-care/ hospital rehabilitation facilities
• Experience in memory or hospice care settings
• Experience with individuals with complex behavioral needs
• Required: Ability to commute through out Genesee County or to/from assignments.
• Experience with individuals with complex behavioral needs

Skills

• Strong communication
• Ability build rapport with clients
• Charting/ Monitoring clients precisely
• Bedside manners
• Procedural knowledge of ADLs
• CPR Certification (Required)
• A recent TB Test or Screener Result (Preferred)
• Heavy lifting/ mobility assistance/ Hoyer Operation

Responsibilities

Case assignments are catered to the needs of the client and capabilities of the provider, are subject to change accordingly.
