Duties

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Observe and document patient conditions accurately, including vital signs, medication adherence, and behavioral changes, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Support clients with specialized care needs including Alzheimer’s care, dementia management, memory care, hospice support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding to meet dietary requirements while maintaining safety standards.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall health and comfort.
• Use medical terminology appropriately when documenting patient records or communicating with healthcare teams.
