Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes in surrounding areas such as florence,heminway,geogetown,pawleys island, andrews,bishopbille,mount pleasant and etc . The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings, and possess the skills necessary to support individuals with diverse healthcare needs. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Monitor and record vital signs and health changes, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential.
