Lean On Me Caregiving

is seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers serving Sussex County, DE. We are currently looking for caregivers interested in building consistent hours and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors within their community.

Our clients are located throughout Sussex County, including Georgetown, Milford, Seaford, Millsboro, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Milton, and surrounding areas.

. We are a non-medical caregiving agency, and we welcome individuals with a caring heart, strong work ethic, and passion for helping others.

Please note that working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and every other holiday is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

-Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety.

-Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.

-Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

-Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote mental well-being.

-Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

-Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

-Valid driver's license

-Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

-Ability to travel to client homes throughout Sussex County

-Ability to work independently while following care plans and instructions

-Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

-Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening as required by Delaware state regulations

-Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday

PAY

$17.00 and up, based on experience

EXPECTED HOURS

-Full-time: 30–40 hours per week

WORK LOCATION

-On the road (travel throughout Sussex County, DE and surrounding areas)

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
