Job Openings

* In-Home- we provide non-medical assistance to members in their own home. From cooking, general light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, companionship, and errands. Some members do require assistance in/out of the tub/shower and/or assistance with bathing. The members are located throughout all of Jefferson County. YOU choose the area(s) you are wanting to drive. We do not make you drive to cities you don't want to drive. Main member needs are Watertown, Fort Atkinson, and Jefferson. This position has flexibility with creating a schedule for you around your availability with a requirement of at least 4hrs a week of availability. The more availability you provide, the more hours up to 40hrs a week we can schedule you for.

*We are currently looking for caregivers for Lake Mills and Watertown area Monday-Friday and every other weekend (shorter e/o weekend visits).*

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Prepare meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Monitor and observe patients for changes in condition, reporting any concerns related to health or safety promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to promote a healthy environment.
• Medication reminders in accordance with care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations for privacy and confidentiality....
