Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident’s <PERSON>.
• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and documenting findings accurately to ensure timely interventions.
• Support medication administration following HIPAA guidelines and care plans developed by healthcare professionals.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, ensuring a safe and comforting environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that address specific needs related to developmental disabilities, autism, or hospice care.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification or equivalent healthcare training with current CPR and First Aid certifications.
