Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate, ensuring accurate medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Support medication administration under supervision, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease in memory care units or assisted living settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in acute care, ICU, emergency medicine, or behavioral health environments to deliver comprehensive patient service.
• Maintain infection control standards through proper use of PPE and adherence to infection prevention protocols for infectious disease care.
• Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care and phlebotomy when trained and certified.
• Support patients in rehabilitation or post-acute care settings by helping with mobility exercises and ensuring comfort during recovery.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within EMR/EHR systems like eClinicalWorks or Meditech to ensure seamless communication across healthcare teams.
