Certified Nursing Assistant - Noc Fulltime

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Santa Rosa Care Center nursing team!! This is for a Noc Shift. 4 on and 2 off schedule! Come join our amazing team!

The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including long-term care, acute care, and specialized units such as behavioral or memory care. A strong understanding of medical documentation, vital signs, and patient safety protocols is essential. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately using EMR/EHR systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring proper documentation.
• Support patients with specialized needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's, or behavioral health conditions through compassionate care strategies.
• Assist with medical procedures including catheter care, phlebotomy, and aseptic techniques in various clinical settings like hospitals or outpatient clinics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards across different units such as ICU, trauma centers, or post-acute care facilities.
• Assist in patient transfers and positioning using appropriate equipment like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices.
